Receptionist & Hostess

Isa is part of KURO’s front of house team as receptionist and hostess. She is often one of the first people clients speak to or meet, and she makes sure every visit starts with a warm and welcoming feeling. For Isa, kindness and clarity are essential. She helps clients with practical questions about appointments, bookings and payments, but also guides them when they are unsure which treatment to choose. Her goal is to make every client feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for, so their KURO visit becomes more than a salon appointment, it becomes a true wellness experience. Although Isa does not come from a hairdressing background herself, she is inspired every day by the creativity, problem-solving and craftsmanship of the team around her.
